Cancellation Policy: Thank you for choosing Gelousy Spa. I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I strive to accommodate your needs as best as I can. To ensure fairness for both parties involved, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: - I require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. This allows me to attempt to fill the vacant spot and provide my services to other customers. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in the deposit not being refunded and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service, no exceptions. 2. Refunds: - If you provide the required 24-hour advance notice of cancellation, I will refund the deposit paid. - Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. 3. No-Shows: - Failure to show up for the scheduled service without prior notice or cancellation will result in the deposit paid will not be refunded and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service, no exceptions. 4. Modifications: - If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the date or time, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. 5. Force Majeure: - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events, I reserve the right to modify or cancel services without any liability. In such cases, I will provide a full refund of any payments made. 6. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your service. The deposit paid will not be refunded. If deposit was not paid, the deposit will be required to book again. By booking my services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
